TUSB4310 virtual COM port driver for Viscotester D and Viscotester E

The communication between a PC (i.e. RheoWin) and the Viscotester D and Viscotester E relies on a virtual COM port driver which causes these viscometers (which have an USB interface) to appear as devices with a serial COM port to the PC (i.e. to RheoWin).
